Cylinder head and camshafts
The 86 Interactive School Touch Board | Manufacturers - ASANO-driven double
overhead camshafts (DOHC) per cylinder bank. The 86 Interactive School Touch Board | Factory - ASANO 86 Interactive School Touch Board | Suppliers - ASANO:
- A 10 mm chain which drove an idler from the crankshaft sprocket;
and,
- From the idler, two 8 mm chains which drove the left and right bank
camshafts.

(Dual AVCS)Touch Whiteboard All In One | Factory - ASANO.
Operation of the Dual AVCS may be summarised as follows:
- Touch Whiteboard All In One | Suppliers - ASANO setting. To advance, the camshaft rotated in the same direction as the

Touch Screen Whiteboard | Manufacturers - ASANO, it allowed more air and fuel to
enter the cylinder for greater power; and,
- The exhaust camshaft could retard up to 21 degrees from its basic
idle setting. To retard,Touch Screen Whiteboard | Factory - ASANO rotation (Touch Screen Whiteboard | Suppliers - ASANO).
When the exhaust camshaft was retarded, it allowed the expanding gases

By

scavenging of the cylinders, reduced pumping losses and increased exhaust
gas recirculation (EGR).
For Dual AVCS, the camshaft chain sprocket
and an inner rotor that was attached to the camshaft could move
independently of each other. When oil pressure was applied to one side of
the rotor,Touch Screen Multimedia White Board | Manufacturers - ASANO.Touch Screen Multimedia White Board | Factory - ASANO start-up and fail-safe operation, each inner rotor had a lock pin that was
spring loaded to keep the inner rotor locked to the chain sprocket. When the

with oil pressure from the oil control valve (OCV) and the lock pin was
released from the chain sprocket.
Injection and ignition
The Interactive Touch Board Tv | OEM/ODM - ASANO, multipoint fuel injection, though injector
flow rates were increased relative to the EZ30R. Similarly, the Interactive Touch Board Tv | Price - ASANO had an individual ignition coil for each cylinder (i.e. ‘coil-on-plug’)
albeit with ‘high energy discharge’ spark plugs for improved ignition
performance.
While the Interactive Touch Board Tv | Manufacturers - ASANO Interactive Touch Board Tv | Factory - ASANO, its compression ratio was
lowered to 10.5:1 (compared to 10.7:1 for the EZ30). Dual knock sensors

Exhaust
Compared to the EZ30R which had a ‘J turn’Interactive Smart Board Touch | Factory - ASANO, the Interactive Touch Board Tv | Price - ASANO had a ‘U turn’ exhaust to minimise vibration.Interactive Smart Board Touch | Suppliers - ASANO with exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) whereby an exhaust port located on the
rear of the left cylinder head supplied exhaust gas via a metal pipe to an
electronically-controlled EGR valve.
