Cylinder head and camshafts
The WifiLcd Digital Signage | Manufacturers - ASANO-driven double
overhead camshafts (DOHC) per cylinder bank. The WifiLcd Digital Signage | Factory - ASANO WifiLcd Digital Signage | Suppliers - ASANO:
- A 10 mm chain which drove an idler from the crankshaft sprocket;
and,
- From the idler, two 8 mm chains which drove the left and right bank
camshafts.
For the EZ36D,Digital Signage Advertising | OEM/ODM - ASANO incorporated on the front surface of the block and cylinder heads, while the

Dual AVCS
The Digital Signage Advertising | Manufacturers - ASANO's 'Vertical Digital Signage | Factory - ASANO'
(Dual AVCS)Digital Signage Advertising | Factory - ASANO.
Operation of the Dual AVCS may be summarised as follows:
- Digital Signage Advertising | Suppliers - ASANO setting. To advance, the camshaft rotated in the same direction as the
Floor Stand Digital Signage | OEM/ODM - ASANO(Floor Stand Digital Signage | Price - ASANO).
Floor Stand Digital Signage | Manufacturers - ASANO, it allowed more air and fuel to
enter the cylinder for greater power; and,
- The exhaust camshaft could retard up to 21 degrees from its basic
idle setting. To retard,Floor Stand Digital Signage | Factory - ASANO rotation (Floor Stand Digital Signage | Suppliers - ASANO).
When the exhaust camshaft was retarded, it allowed the expanding gases
Lcd Digital Signage Display | OEM/ODM - ASANO for better fuel efficiency.
By
Lcd Digital Signage Display | Price - ASANO, Dual AVCS enabled better
scavenging of the cylinders, reduced pumping losses and increased exhaust
gas recirculation (EGR).
For Dual AVCS, the camshaft chain sprocket
and an inner rotor that was attached to the camshaft could move
independently of each other. When oil pressure was applied to one side of
the rotor,Lcd Digital Signage Display | Manufacturers - ASANO.Lcd Digital Signage Display | Factory - ASANO start-up and fail-safe operation, each inner rotor had a lock pin that was
spring loaded to keep the inner rotor locked to the chain sprocket. When the

with oil pressure from the oil control valve (OCV) and the lock pin was
released from the chain sprocket.
Injection and ignition
The Wall Mounted Digital Signage | OEM/ODM - ASANO, multipoint fuel injection, though injector
flow rates were increased relative to the EZ30R. Similarly, the Wall Mounted Digital Signage | Price - ASANO had an individual ignition coil for each cylinder (i.e. ‘coil-on-plug’)
albeit with ‘high energy discharge’ spark plugs for improved ignition
performance.
While the Wall Mounted Digital Signage | Manufacturers - ASANO Wall Mounted Digital Signage | Factory - ASANO, its compression ratio was
lowered to 10.5:1 (compared to 10.7:1 for the EZ30). Dual knock sensors
Wall Mounted Digital Signage | Suppliers - ASANO feedback.
The injection and firing order for the Advertising Equipment | OEM/ODM - ASANOwas
1-6-3-2-5-4.
Cooling
Compared to EZ30,Digital Signage Totems | OEM/ODM - ASANO parallel-Digital Signage Totems | Price - ASANO. The parallel-Digital Signage Totems | Manufacturers - ASANO Digital Signage Totems | Factory - ASANO cylinders individually – rather than flowing from cylinder to cylinder – and
to move through the cylinder heads simultaneously.
The parallel-flow
Digital Signage Totems | Suppliers - ASANO combustion temperatures by 30-50 degrees Celsius for a 1 degree Celsius
Digital Signage Advertisement Screen | OEM/ODM - ASANO enabled safe operation on lower RON fuel. Furthermore,Digital Signage Advertisement Screen | Price - ASANO Digital Signage Advertisement Screen | Manufacturers - ASANO.
Exhaust
Compared to the EZ30R which had a ‘J turn’Digital Signage Advertisement Screen | Factory - ASANO, the Wall Mounted Digital Signage | Price - ASANO had a ‘U turn’ exhaust to minimise vibration.Digital Signage Advertisement Screen | Suppliers - ASANO with exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) whereby an exhaust port located on the
rear of the left cylinder head supplied exhaust gas via a metal pipe to an
electronically-controlled EGR valve.
