No, that's not exactly what it means. In the event that the tool doesn'必利勁能常用嗎, it should show a message along the lines of

However, this isn't specifically designed to check for the presence of TDL. If that's all you want, it would be better to use the removal tool (or, better still,印度必利勁在哪能買到):

- 必利勁 副作用 喝水(for TDL3/TDL3+)
Obviously, I can't guarantee thatanyAV tool will detect the presence ofallTDSS infections.
