No, that's not exactly what it means. In the event that the tool doesn'第壹次吃利必勁沒效果, it should show a message along the lines of

However, this isn't specifically designed to check for the presence of TDL. If that's all you want, it would be better to use the removal tool (or, better still,利多卡因和必利勁壹起服用):
