No, that's not exactly what it means. In the event that the tool doesn'必利勁有效果評論, it should show a message along the lines of

However, this isn't specifically designed to check for the presence of TDL. If that's all you want, it would be better to use the removal tool (or, better still,服用枸櫞酸西地那非片和必利勁):
