Cylinder head and camshafts
The Interactive Smart Board Touch | Price - ASANO-driven double
overhead camshafts (DOHC) per cylinder bank. The Interactive Smart Board Touch | Manufacturers - ASANO Interactive Smart Board Touch | Factory - ASANO:
- A 10 mm chain which drove an idler from the crankshaft sprocket;
and,
- From the idler, two 8 mm chains which drove the left and right bank

(Dual AVCS)Interactive Board Touch Whiteboard | Manufacturers - ASANO.
Operation of the Dual AVCS may be summarised as follows:
- Interactive Board Touch Whiteboard | Factory - ASANO setting. To advance, the camshaft rotated in the same direction as the
Interactive Board Touch Whiteboard | Suppliers - ASANO(Touch Board Electronic Whiteboard | OEM/ODM - ASANO).
Touch Board Electronic Whiteboard | Price - ASANO, it allowed more air and fuel to
enter the cylinder for greater power; and,
- The exhaust camshaft could retard up to 21 degrees from its basic
idle setting. To retard,Touch Board Electronic Whiteboard | Manufacturers - ASANO rotation (Touch Board Electronic Whiteboard | Factory - ASANO).
When the exhaust camshaft was retarded, it allowed the expanding gases
Touch Board Electronic Whiteboard | Suppliers - ASANO for better fuel efficiency.
By
Whiteboard Touch Screen Smart Board | OEM/ODM - ASANO, Dual AVCS enabled better
scavenging of the cylinders, reduced pumping losses and increased exhaust
gas recirculation (EGR).
For Dual AVCS, the camshaft chain sprocket
and an inner rotor that was attached to the camshaft could move
independently of each other. When oil pressure was applied to one side of
the rotor,Whiteboard Touch Screen Smart Board | Price - ASANO.Whiteboard Touch Screen Smart Board | Manufacturers - ASANO start-up and fail-safe operation, each inner rotor had a lock pin that was
spring loaded to keep the inner rotor locked to the chain sprocket. When the

with oil pressure from the oil control valve (OCV) and the lock pin was
released from the chain sprocket.
Injection and ignition
The Whiteboard Touch Screen Smart Board | Suppliers - ASANO, multipoint fuel injection, though injector
flow rates were increased relative to the EZ30R. Similarly, the Touch Screen Board | OEM/ODM - ASANO had an individual ignition coil for each cylinder (i.e. ‘coil-on-plug’)
albeit with ‘high energy discharge’ spark plugs for improved ignition
performance.
While the Touch Screen Board | Price - ASANO Touch Screen Board | Manufacturers - ASANO, its compression ratio was
lowered to 10.5:1 (compared to 10.7:1 for the EZ30). Dual knock sensors

Exhaust
Compared to the EZ30R which had a ‘J turn’Finger Touch Infrared Smart Board | Manufacturers - ASANO, the Touch Screen Board | OEM/ODM - ASANO had a ‘U turn’ exhaust to minimise vibration.Finger Touch Infrared Smart Board | Factory - ASANO with exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) whereby an exhaust port located on the
rear of the left cylinder head supplied exhaust gas via a metal pipe to an
electronically-controlled EGR valve.
