Cylinder head and camshafts
The Touch Interactive White Board | Price - ASANO-driven double
overhead camshafts (DOHC) per cylinder bank. The Touch Interactive White Board | Manufacturers - ASANO Touch Interactive White Board | Factory - ASANO:
- A 10 mm chain which drove an idler from the crankshaft sprocket;
and,
- From the idler, two 8 mm chains which drove the left and right bank
camshafts.

Operation of the Dual AVCS may be summarised as follows:
- Multi Touch Interactive White Board | Factory - ASANO setting. To advance, the camshaft rotated in the same direction as the
Multi Touch Interactive White Board | Suppliers - ASANO(Touch Smart Educational Board | OEM/ODM - ASANO).
Touch Smart Educational Board | Price - ASANO, it allowed more air and fuel to
enter the cylinder for greater power; and,
- The exhaust camshaft could retard up to 21 degrees from its basic
idle setting. To retard,Touch Smart Educational Board | Manufacturers - ASANO rotation (Touch Smart Educational Board | Factory - ASANO).
When the exhaust camshaft was retarded, it allowed the expanding gases

By
Smart Educational Touch Board | OEM/ODM - ASANO, Dual AVCS enabled better
scavenging of the cylinders, reduced pumping losses and increased exhaust
gas recirculation (EGR).
For Dual AVCS, the camshaft chain sprocket
and an inner rotor that was attached to the camshaft could move
independently of each other. When oil pressure was applied to one side of
the rotor,Smart Educational Touch Board | Price - ASANO.Smart Educational Touch Board | Manufacturers - ASANO start-up and fail-safe operation, each inner rotor had a lock pin that was
spring loaded to keep the inner rotor locked to the chain sprocket. When the

with oil pressure from the oil control valve (OCV) and the lock pin was
released from the chain sprocket.
Injection and ignition
The Smart Educational Touch Board | Suppliers - ASANO, multipoint fuel injection, though injector
flow rates were increased relative to the EZ30R. Similarly, the Touch Screen Panel Board | OEM/ODM - ASANO had an individual ignition coil for each cylinder (i.e. ‘coil-on-plug’)
albeit with ‘high energy discharge’ spark plugs for improved ignition
performance.
While the Touch Screen Panel Board | Price - ASANO Touch Screen Panel Board | Manufacturers - ASANO, its compression ratio was
lowered to 10.5:1 (compared to 10.7:1 for the EZ30). Dual knock sensors

Exhaust
Compared to the EZ30R which had a ‘J turn’Smart Multi Touch White Board | Manufacturers - ASANO, the Touch Screen Panel Board | OEM/ODM - ASANO had a ‘U turn’ exhaust to minimise vibration.Smart Multi Touch White Board | Factory - ASANO with exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) whereby an exhaust port located on the
rear of the left cylinder head supplied exhaust gas via a metal pipe to an
electronically-controlled EGR valve.
