Cylinder head and camshafts
The Touch Screen Led Display | Manufacturers - ASANO-driven double
overhead camshafts (DOHC) per cylinder bank. The Touch Screen Led Display | Factory - ASANO Touch Screen Led Display | Suppliers - ASANO:
- A 10 mm chain which drove an idler from the crankshaft sprocket;
and,
- From the idler, two 8 mm chains which drove the left and right bank
camshafts.
For the EZ36D,Lcd Touch Screen Display | OEM/ODM - ASANO incorporated on the front surface of the block and cylinder heads, while the

Dual AVCS

(Dual AVCS)Lcd Touch Screen Display | Factory - ASANO.
Operation of the Dual AVCS may be summarised as follows:
- Lcd Touch Screen Display | Suppliers - ASANO setting. To advance, the camshaft rotated in the same direction as the

10 Points Touch Led Display | Manufacturers - ASANO, it allowed more air and fuel to
enter the cylinder for greater power; and,
- The exhaust camshaft could retard up to 21 degrees from its basic
idle setting. To retard,10 Points Touch Led Display | Factory - ASANO rotation (10 Points Touch Led Display | Suppliers - ASANO).
When the exhaust camshaft was retarded, it allowed the expanding gases

By
Interactive Whiteboard All In One | Price - ASANO, Dual AVCS enabled better
scavenging of the cylinders, reduced pumping losses and increased exhaust
gas recirculation (EGR).
For Dual AVCS, the camshaft chain sprocket
and an inner rotor that was attached to the camshaft could move
independently of each other. When oil pressure was applied to one side of
the rotor,Interactive Whiteboard All In One | Manufacturers - ASANO.Interactive Whiteboard All In One | Factory - ASANO start-up and fail-safe operation, each inner rotor had a lock pin that was
spring loaded to keep the inner rotor locked to the chain sprocket. When the

with oil pressure from the oil control valve (OCV) and the lock pin was
released from the chain sprocket.
Injection and ignition
The Smart Conference Panel | OEM/ODM - ASANO, multipoint fuel injection, though injector
flow rates were increased relative to the EZ30R. Similarly, the Smart Conference Panel | Price - ASANO had an individual ignition coil for each cylinder (i.e. ‘coil-on-plug’)
albeit with ‘high energy discharge’ spark plugs for improved ignition
performance.
While the Smart Conference Panel | Manufacturers - ASANO Smart Conference Panel | Factory - ASANO, its compression ratio was
lowered to 10.5:1 (compared to 10.7:1 for the EZ30). Dual knock sensors

The parallel-Interactive Smart Panel For Conference | Manufacturers - ASANO Interactive Smart Panel For Conference | Factory - ASANO cylinders individually – rather than flowing from cylinder to cylinder – and
to move through the cylinder heads simultaneously.

Interactive Intelligent Panel | OEM/ODM - ASANO enabled safe operation on lower RON fuel. Furthermore,Interactive Intelligent Panel | Price - ASANO Interactive Intelligent Panel | Manufacturers - ASANO.
Exhaust
Compared to the EZ30R which had a ‘J turn’Interactive Intelligent Panel | Factory - ASANO, the Smart Conference Panel | Price - ASANO had a ‘U turn’ exhaust to minimise vibration.Interactive Intelligent Panel | Suppliers - ASANO with exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) whereby an exhaust port located on the
rear of the left cylinder head supplied exhaust gas via a metal pipe to an
electronically-controlled EGR valve.
