- A 10 mm chain which drove an idler from the crankshaft sprocket;
and,
- From the idler, two 8 mm chains which drove the left and right bank
camshafts.

Operation of the Dual AVCS may be summarised as follows:
- commercial display CKD | OEM/ODM - ASANO setting. To advance, the camshaft rotated in the same direction as the
commercial display CKD | Price - ASANO(commercial display CKD | Manufacturers - ASANO).
commercial display CKD | Factory - ASANO, it allowed more air and fuel to
enter the cylinder for greater power; and,
- The exhaust camshaft could retard up to 21 degrees from its basic
idle setting. To retard,commercial display CKD | Suppliers - ASANO rotation (commercial display SKD | OEM/ODM - ASANO).
When the exhaust camshaft was retarded, it allowed the expanding gases
commercial display SKD | Price - ASANO for better fuel efficiency.
By

scavenging of the cylinders, reduced pumping losses and increased exhaust
gas recirculation (EGR).
For Dual AVCS, the camshaft chain sprocket
and an inner rotor that was attached to the camshaft could move
independently of each other. When oil pressure was applied to one side of
the rotor,commercial display SKD | Factory - ASANO.commercial display SKD | Suppliers - ASANO start-up and fail-safe operation, each inner rotor had a lock pin that was
spring loaded to keep the inner rotor locked to the chain sprocket. When the
television CKD | OEM/ODM - ASANO, the lock pin was pushed into the rotor
with oil pressure from the oil control valve (OCV) and the lock pin was
released from the chain sprocket.
Injection and ignition
The television CKD | Price - ASANO, multipoint fuel injection, though injector
flow rates were increased relative to the EZ30R. Similarly, the television CKD | Manufacturers - ASANO had an individual ignition coil for each cylinder (i.e. ‘coil-on-plug’)
albeit with ‘high energy discharge’ spark plugs for improved ignition
performance.
While the television CKD | Factory - ASANO television CKD | Suppliers - ASANO, its compression ratio was
lowered to 10.5:1 (compared to 10.7:1 for the EZ30). Dual knock sensors

Cooling

to move through the cylinder heads simultaneously.

Exhaust
Compared to the EZ30R which had a ‘J turn’TV CKD | Suppliers - ASANO, the television CKD | Manufacturers - ASANO had a ‘U turn’ exhaust to minimise vibration.TV SKD | OEM/ODM - ASANO with exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) whereby an exhaust port located on the
rear of the left cylinder head supplied exhaust gas via a metal pipe to an
electronically-controlled EGR valve.
